Meet the teachers

Mr Wickham is the Mathematics Head Teacher at MAHS. He enjoys making maths meaningful, challenging, and fun! 

Hi! I'm Miss Gray and I have been at MAHS for 6 years. I love teaching Mathematics and inspiring young learners to love Mathematics too.

Mrs Williams is a full-time Mathematics teacher. She has been teaching Mathematics since 2023 and started with MAHS in 2024. She is currently teaching the Year 11 Mathematics Advanced course.

Ms Hooper has been a part of the Mathematics team at MAHS for 8 years.  After all these years her favourite part of her job is helping students discover their knowledge and skills in Maths. She is committed to helping every student grow in confidence and strengthen their mathematical skills, aiming to create a positive, supportive learning environment where every student can achieve their personal best. 

Mr Di-Ienno started teaching part-time at MAHS in 2025. He believes mathematics can help us make sense of a complex world, and is passionate about helping students reach their full potential.  

Mr Pollard is a trainer with the NSW Mathematics Growth Team, based at MAHS for 2025-2026. He is passionate about supporting teachers and helping students realise their potential in mathematics. 

Mr Lloyd is a Deputy Principal at MAHS, and currently teaches Year 9 Mathematics. He has been teaching Mathematics for 20 years, and wears his love of Mathematics on his sleeve! 

Rick Campbell has been teaching Mathematics at Mount Austin High School since 2011. Rick is passionate about helping students build confidence in Mathematics and enjoys seeing them succeed both in the classroom and beyond. 

Mrs Gill is working part-time in 2025 while on maternity leave. She has been teaching in Mathematics at MAHS since 2022 and loves helping kids be organised, pro-active learners who can 'think outside the square'!
