Mungo Woman
Mungo Woman is an ancient skeleton found at Lake Mungo, she is important because she helps us understand how early Indigenous Australians buried their loved ones. Them finding her gave them information about what they did when somebody in their tribe died. They would burn the body and use something called ochre which is meant to be like paint. This tells us how close all of them were to eachother.
