Hackers can pose a major threats to many information technology companies as they exploit weaknesses in computer systems to gain access to it and use it for:

• Monetary Theft - stealing payment details, many companies has fallen victim to this such as Ticketmaster and British Airway

• Ransomed Data - installing malware on the system and will hijack a companies data and make it impossible to work

• Leaked Information - information which could be sold later on or in some cases publishing it online.

• Total Deletion - some hackers may not be interested in stealing data but rather delete the system and can cause massive issues for companies.

Software piracy is the act of illegally using, copying or distributing software without ownership or legal rights. People may pirate a variety of different items such as music, movies, live streams, sports and more.
