Expectations
Wirreanda Public School expects students to treat each other respectfully and behave in a responsible manner. Parents are responsible for their child's behaviour. The school will notify parents of behavioural concerns.
We have a zero tolerance to aggressive, physical or bullying behaviour.
Parents are vital in the discipline process and are ultimately responsible for their child’s behaviour. We work in partnership to support children and families when issues arise.
At the heart of our School are the values and attitudes that underpin all we do.

Lessons are explicitly taught about our expected behaviours as per lesson plans.
Model: Tell - Show – Practise.
Observe students & give positive, specific feedback to students.
Plan opportunities for students to practise what has been taught throughout the day/ week.
Classroom rules/expectations are to align with school expectations.
