From its establishment in 1865 as 'Marrickville Public School' to the ‘Marrickville High School' as we know today, our school has witnessed and adapted to significant transformations, in many ways reflecting the historical chnages of Sydney, and Australia. These changes have been driven by shifts such as an increasing population, waves of immigration and a commitment to embracing diversity, all factors ultimately shaping Marrickville High School into the dynamic educational centre it is today.
