Drop off and pick up points

• All entry and exit at the venue for students and staff will be via the stage door.  See the red star on the image below for its location.

• Students being dropped off by parents there is a large gathering area at the front of the venue where you can meet to collect all students before entering the venue.

• Once signed in at stage door all schools will be allocated seating within the auditorium to watch the rehearsals. Schools will remain in the auditorium throughout the day.

• Please note dressing room and holding spaces are limited and schools may need to share spaces.  Please encourage students to only bring a small bag that can contain all their requirements for the day.

• Schools returning to school may leave when they are ready.  These schools will need to leave via Stage Door and be signed out by the teacher.
