music file/s - upload your final music file/s to the music files folder in the FSCDF 2026 - Teacher folder. Please submit a separate music file for each item. Label files in the folder with school and item name(for example: Dawson PS - Let's dance.mp3
lighting design plan/s - upload your completed lighting plan into the FSCDF 2026 - Teacher folder. Please submit a separate lighting plan for each item. Label files in the folder with school and item name(for example: Dawson PS - Let's Dance - lighting design.docx
student and staff roll - upload your completed student and staff roll into the FSCDF 2026 - Teacher folder. Please submit a separate roll for each item. Label files in the folder with school and item name (for example: Dawson PS - Let's Dance - student and staff roll.docx. This roll will be used for program names. Please ensure accuracy when typing names into the document.
Publicity consent forms - to be collected and held by the coordinating teacher at the school. A Word document version of this form is available in the FSCDF 2026 - Teacher folder if you wish to amend this form to add to your school excursion permission note.

The following RMP documentation has been provided for teachers to use when preparing their excursion RMPs for the festival.:

Documents can also be found in the FSCDF 2026 - Teacher folder.
Please note:
Teachers are responsible for supplying their own first aid kit and collecting medical information for students, in line with normal school excursion policies.
A first aid kit will also be available:
side of stage with stage manager
at stage door with backstage manager.
