Foundations.T4L is a managed partnership between Schools Infrastructure New South Wales (SINSW) and the Information Technology Directorate (ITD) of the New South Wales Department of Education, to enable new and upgraded schools to operate within contemporary ICT environments.

This team manages the ICT components of the major capital works programs being delivered by Schools Infrastructure New South Wales to incorporate innovative learning spaces that are enhanced through implementation and effective use of technology.
This is achieved by reviewing and enhancing pedagogical practice through the utilisation of an increased presence of technology that best supports the school.

- Introduction of new technologies such as MoCoWs, STEM equipment

- Ensuring schools receive the necessary technology to provide optimal learning experiences
