School Leadership Program:

·                  Runs over 8 months – launching in term 2 and completing in term 4.  (the dates and schedule are in the table below). 

·                  Aims to build/enhance the strategic leadership and strategic planning capability of principals. I have attached the program overview with this email. We have refined the program design after the initial consultations, and these changes are reflected here. It also contains more detail on each of the workshop modules.

·                  You will be paired with and mentored by a senior Westpac leader who will act as a sound board and critical friend throughout the program.
