In February 2016 a proposal from Wollongong Council was released to the public - an ‘Adventure Playground’ at the top of Mt Keira. Imagine if you were able to decide whether the plans should go ahead or be stopped!

Imagine there is going to be a huge Community Meeting at Wollongong City Council and you have been invited to get up and tell your perspective to the community. Your words could be the difference between this proposal going ahead or not!
Choose a character from 'group' from the list of community members below
Using persuasive multimodal communication techniques (poster, video, speech, powerpoint letter or song) present your 'case' in a way that persuades the committee to go either go ahead with the proposal or to abandon it.
Either way, your argument must have thoughtful reasons why.
