Please Note: A Reference list is everything that has been cited in your work. A Bibliography is everything that contributed to your work, including additional reading, but may not have been cited within your work. Your teacher will tell you which one to use.

The Google Doc citation generator is a tool used to create and format citations within a document. It helps to ease the burden of having to manually enter citation information, saving time and reducing the chances of errors. With this tool, you can create citations for various sources such as books, articles, websites, videos, and more, in the citation style of your choice.
To use the citation generator in Google Docs, you can begin by clicking on the 'Tools' option in the menu bar and selecting 'Explore' from the drop-down list. In the Explore panel, you can search for the source you want to cite and select 'Cite as footnote' or 'Cite as in-text citation.' You can also choose the citation style you want to use, such as MLA, APA, or Chicago. Overall, the Google Doc citation generator simplifies the citation process, making it easier for writers and researchers to accurately cite their sources and avoid issues with plagiarism.
