Submit video

Submit video of your winning student bird callers by 20th October 2023. 

Maximum of 3 entries per school

It is important that there is a “level playing field” so that all entries are judged on the “raw” performance of the student. These criteria replicate the conditions of the live Bournda Bird Olympics event.

Video entry criteria

• Video file

• File name should include students name and school/organisation.

• Student states name of the bird prior to making the call.

• Video length – no more than 20 seconds of unedited video with a maximum of two attempts at the call recorded in a single take. 

• Clear audio with minimal background noise

• Head and shoulder shot only

• Should be recorded in front of a live audience.

You will need to sign into your 'Google' account to submit your video.

For students, your google account is your Student Log in followed by @education.nsw.gov.au

Your password is your usual login password.
