Completing a TVET course as part of your Senior Studies can help you gain insight, knowledge and experience in an industry you may be wishing to enter once you've completed high school. You may also use this as a stepping stone to further study at University.

*Note: We also offer VET courses at school (Hospitality, Business Services, Entertainment & IDT) which will give you the same outcome. These can be selected as part of your regular subject selection process. 

Completing a TVET course involves weekly study and attendance at TAFE where you would normally attend for half a day, every week for 2 years. You are also required to completed 70 hours of work placement for most TVET courses

Once you successfully complete a TVET course, you also obtain a TAFE certificate as well as your HSC.
