Tendruk Central School is located 79 km to the west of Samtse Dzongkhag. It was first established as a primary school in 1978. Over time, the school was gradually upgraded to LSS, to MSS to HSS and now it is a central school. The school has around 1293 students ranging from grades PP-XII. Tendruk Central School is the only inclusive school in Samtse which was established on 17th May 2010, providing Special Education Needs (SEN) services to students with disabilities.
