PLC Competition

PLC stands for Professional Learning Community. The idea of improving schools by developing professional learning communities is currently in vogue. Most people use this term to describe every imaginable combination of individuals with an interest in education—a grade-level teaching team, a school committee, a high school department, a state department of education, a national professional organization, and so on. 

In our school we have Six different PLCs based on the subject composition: English PLC, Dzongkha PLC, Science PLC, Math-IT PLC, Eco-Acc PLC, and His-Geo PLC. All sorts of competition takes place amongst the six PLCs.
