Moreover , sodium content in junk food leads to headaches , mood disorder and lose focus . So ,it is always better not to be punk and "NO" to junk food.
Furthermore , processed food contains very high level of sugar, eventually leading to obesity . Ministry of Health declared that excessive consumption of junk food is a major contributing factors tp obesity . People eat food that have high calories but offer no nutritional values. Therefore , the bodies don't get the nutrients needed. Over time, this can lead to weight gain. Fast food like soda, candy , chips and other fried snacks have high calories but doesn't give nutrients and usually it is cheap and easy to buy. It's best to avoid these food, it is unhealthy.
In addition , due to heavy oil , children adopt lazy lifestyle not knowing that they are at high risks of the absence of breath. According to studies it is also found that such children suffer from asthma ever to their adult and old age. Junk food contain 81 % of chemical substances that causes cancer and harmful diseases that cannot be cured. Junk food that have smoky flavours especially meat and nuts are rich in tar which is also a chemical which keep blood pressure increasing and affect children's growth. Junk food are dangerous that they eat people.
To conclude , the more you fill up on healthy food the less space for unhealthy food. Junk food causes many diseases like gaining weight, madness and cancer. So avoid junk food for healthy life and make a habit of eating home food.

" Books gives a soul to the universe , wings to the mind , flight to the imagination and life to everything". Reading habit will continuously make to think beyond immediate moment , think positive and get motivated . Since reading is a basic tool to the living of a good life. Reading makes mind sharp, reduce stress and expands vocabulary.
Firstly ,it is the best time to get the habit of reading . People who read will spontaneously be smart than the one who doesn't . Dr.Seuss claims that " The more that you read, the more things you will know" . He expressed that reading not only boosts imagination and enhance creativity , but also help to explore life from different perspectives . Reading jolts brain into action, maintains concentration and allows mind to process the events happening in the story and keep the mind cognitively stimulated. Reading books helps to build new creative thoughts, fantasy and innovative.
Secondly , there is no better companion than book. The University of Sussex ( 2009) claimed that reading can reduce stress up to 68%. Moreover, it works better and faster than other relaxation methods, such as listening to music or drinking a cup of tea. Reading invites our mind into a literary world that is free from the stressors that plague our daily life. Reading can lower our heart rate and cortisol levels, release endorphins and improve our sense of well-being ,these effects can help to relax and cope with stress better. Who reads for merely six minutes, it exhibited less tension.
Additionally, reading 3 minutes a day can also expand vocabulary, which will help while writing essays, story , email and many more. Developing vocabulary help in academic or social opportunity .
