Competencies:

● Deduce the relation among potential difference, current and resistance to verify Ohm’s law.

● Analyse the I-V graph for different types of conductors and relate its uses in different electronic gadgets.

● Demonstrate the electromagnetic induction through simulation or practical model to determine the nature of induced emf and factors that affect induced emf and to relate the concept to construct the simple electrical appliances.

● Design and experiment on working of step up and step-down transformers based on electromagnetic induction to explore its application in electrical appliances.

● Explain the concept of heating effect of current and electric power to relate its applications in electric cooker, electric heater etc.
