ASSESSMENT CRITERIA
CONTENT AND COHESION 2 POINTS
GRAMMAR 3.5 POINTS (NOT JUST CORRECT BUT HIGH QUALITY)
VOCABULARY 3.5 POINTS (NOT JUST CORRECT BUT HIGH QUALITY)
SPELLING AND PUNCTUATON 1 POINT
EVERY TIME A MISTAKE IS REAPEATED IT COUNTS AS A MISTAKE, (iF YOU WRITE "PEOPLE IS", FIVE TIMES, YOU HAVE MADE FIVE MISTAKES, OBVIOUSLY, AND THE SAME GOES FOR SPELLING OR VOCABULARY)
CHEATING AND PLAGIARISM
YOU MUST CREATE THE TEXT IN THE MOMENT OF THE EXAM. IF WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS MEMORISE ONE AND WRITE IT, THAT IS PLAGIARISM, SO A ZERO.
IF WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS CREATE IT DURING THE EXAM WITH CHAT GPT OR SIMILAR, THAT IS CHEATING AND IT IS A ZERO AS IT IS AIntelligence-assisted plagiarism. IF ANOTHER PERSON IS CREATING IT FOR YOU DURING THE EXAM, THAT IS CHEATING and probably a crime.
WRITING PROTOCOL
1. You must write from the very beginning of the exam, but you must do that in the DRAFT, then you can correct anything you want, but you cannot use tippex in the draft, you must simply cross out the part that is wrong, this way: hello . It is important for us to see what you have written to check that you have really created the text.
2. Timing
You must do the introduction in the first 10 minutes
The body in the next 10 minutes
The conclusion 5 minutes
The next ten minutes revise it and write it on the exam paper
All this is a bit approximate, but it is to make sure that you are working from the beginning.
The final version can change a bit, but not totally because that would be probably a case of cheating. Anyway, using a DRAFT is very good for the writing process, it is necessary in some national /international exams. It is also a way of proving that you have done writing instead of copying from somewhere. We will check if you need a bit more time.
IMPORTANT POINTS
If you feel your writing is a lot better (more than 2 points and specially if you usually get less than 5) you must tell the teacher at the end of the exam and explain why. Then, she will read it immediately and only If she suspects anything, you will have to do parts of the writing or the whole writing again in front of her in limited time to prove THE MIRACLE that you really have that level.
The teacher, anyway, may read any writing at the end (you will have to wait until she finishes) and if she considers it EXTREMELY SUSPICIOUS, you will have to explain and maybe do parts of the writing or the whole writing again in front of her in limited time to prove that you really have that level.
If when correcting the teacher finds a writing she considers EXTREMELY SUSPICIOUS, you will have no mark. You will have to explain, do it again, write a paragraph about a new topic to prove that it is not PLAGIARISM or Aintelligence-assisted created text or Algiarism.
