the tiniman encryption language is not a language, but a rather stupid and more funny way to write words and sentences on this site. the "language" is a variation of english(though it can be used as joke ways to write other germanic languages) that uses the swedish alphabet as its base and words are spelled as they are pronounced but without uppercase letters. ^ replaces the macron diacritic(the straight-line-above-a-letter diacritic) and indicates a vowel being pronounced like in the alphabet, which explains why tiniman becomes tênêmän(ä is pronounced as the a in man). sh is replaced by sch(swedish way of writing the sh sound) when a letter makes the sh sound, but any letter in a word that makes the ch sound(or ch itself) gets replaced by ç. all double letters get turned into single letters, no exeptions. if you put k and h next to each other it makes an arabic /x/ sound. th gets replaced by þ. ' is not used in words so if your writing a word like "Charles'" it becomes charlses. if ü appears in a word the ü gets replaced by y and if ú or ù appears in a word it becomes ÿ or ý. sielent letters get removed from words entirely. if the sound é makes in swedish appears in a word then the word that makes the é sound gets replaced by é.
