Program at a glance (with chairmans)
The venue entrance will open at 8:00 am every day
Wifi: Eduroam is available. You may also use UTokyo-Guest Wi-Fi.
Printed programs will NOT be provided. If needed, please print and bring your own copy.
Name plates will be prepared.
Receipts for the registration fee will not be provided. If you require one, please contact ecc11organizers@gmail.com
Disposable cups are available, but bringing your own tumbler or similar reusable container is recommended.
You may use the restrooms on the 1st and 4th floors (the venue is on the 5th floor). There is only one restroom on the 5th floor.
Light meals will be provided for poster sessions on Day 2 and Day 3
There are shops, cafeterias, and restaurants in Hongo Campus. Please refer to this map (This map may not be up to date and could differ from the current situation). There are also restaurants and stores near Nezu Station or along Hongo Street.
You are supposed to use your PC for the presentation
Please test the projector connection during the break before your session
Please make sure to leave time for questions at the end of your presentation. For a 15-minute slot, reserve a few minutes and for a 30-minute slot, about 5 minutes.
For plenary talks, please leave around 10 minutes from the total of 50 min.
The maximum size of the poster is 85 cm in width and 175 cm in height
(posters in A0 size can be used)
Display location is according to the poster number shown in the program booklet
Tacks are provided near the poster boards
You may display your poster from the beginning of the conference
Please remove your poster before you leave the conference
To encourage open and friendly exchanges among participants, we’ll be holding a get-together event on Day 2 at Takeda hall
Some foods and beverages will be provided.
We'd appreciate it if you bring small snacks or beverages from their home country and region to share with participants
Please bring only food items that are safe in hot weather, such as packaged snacks, excluding fresh produce. (Tokyo is very hot)
Disposable plates, forks, and chopsticks will be provided. Please place your snack on the tables near the stairs at 17:30.
