Hotels

Each participant is responsible for reserving their own hotel room. The organizing committee is unable to provide assistance with accommodation. It is crucial to book your accommodation as early as possible, as hotels in Tokyo tend to fill up quickly these days.

The area around Ueno Station is one of the most convenient. There are many hotels around Ueno Station. The venue is about a 20-minute walk from Ueno Station. It takes 55 minutes to reach Ueno Station from Narita Airport using the Keisei Skyliner. From Haneda Airport, it takes about 45 minutes. 

Considering the very hot weather in summer, minimizing walking distance makes sense as well. The nearest stations to the venue are Nezu Station (Chiyoda Line) and Todaimae Station (Namboku Line). Areas along these subway lines are also convenient. Considering the train congestion, the area between Nezu and Yoyogi Uehara for the Chiyoda Line and between Todaimae and Meguro for the Namboku Line should be selected. For example, Ochanomizu and Korakuen stations would be convenient.
