Hi, I am Finley and this is my Digital Assessment Portfolio for my achievements in Industrial Mechanics and Welding.

Projects included represent the four areas that are assessed including Communication, Technical Skills, Teamwork/Leadership and Critical Thinking/Problem Solving.

My goal is to obtain employment as a welder apprentice and work my way up to master welder in no less than three years.
