In Philippines COVID-19 cause a nationwide alert the public are scared, but the Philippine Government take preventive actions to lessen the spread of the virus, like travel bans to neighboring countries, nationwide suspension of classes, disinfection of public&private places, and advice to the public to stay at their homes to prevent further spread of the virus.

The Department of Health sets contact tracing for the possible transmission of the virus in the country, then as of March 14, 2020 there are a total of 111 cases of COVID-19 in the country, the infected are isolated and treated to selected hospitals. The DOH contact tracing is still on going to lessen the casualties and secure the safety of the mass

There are number of people under investigation was not announced at first as it can cause panic to the public.
On March 6, 2020 the virus was said to be a human to human transmission. It was said that this man was also a relative of the first covid patient here in the Philippines. As of March 14, 2020, there are already 111 patients who are positive to corona virus. There are still people under investigation that the government are still not announcing. Also the people who are under self quarantine are still unknown to the public.
