Instructor Training Sessions

1. 1.  Professional development session on the new “Ski Your Best” program and ENSC update information 

Dec. 20, Saturday 1-4 p.m. Gold Bar Park 

Pizza/salad/etc. social 5-7 p.m. at Susan’s 20904 128 avenue NW Edmonton.  (no charge for session or supper)

Adult Lesson Instructor CANSI certification reimbursement policy - any fees for yearly certification will be fully reimbursed by ENSC

Adult Lesson Instructor – CANSI Course Reimbursement Policy

Only Adult Lesson Instructors are eligible for reimbursement of CANSI course fees. Any exception inquires can be submitted to office@edmontonnordic.ca

CANSI Level 1 course fees will be reimbursed at 100% upon successful completion of the CANSI Level 1 course and after the completion of 20 hours of ENSC Adult Lesson instructional hours, with the understanding that the recipient will commit to instructing lessons with ENSC for an additional season.

CANSI Level 2 course fees will be reimbursed at 75% with the completion of an additional 20 hours of ENSC Adult Lesson instructional hours, with the understanding that the recipient will commit to an additional two-year commitment instructing with ENSC.

CANSI Level 3 and Level 4 course fee reimbursement will be considered on a case by case basis. Length of time as an ENSC instructor, demonstrated commitment to instruction and mentoring, etc. will be factors when considering reimbursement.

Any costs associated with travel to attend CANSI instructor courses are the responsibility of the instructor.

When the number of instructional hours for reimbursement have been achieved, the Adult Lesson Instructor will email the ENSC Adult Lesson Coordinator at lessons@edmontonnordic.ca.
