Traditional Land Acknowledgement
The University of Alberta, its buildings, labs, and research stations are primarily located on the traditional territory of Cree, Blackfoot, Métis, Nakota Sioux, Iroquois, Dene, and Ojibway/Saulteaux/Anishinaabe nations; lands that are now known as part of Treaties 6, 7, and 8 and homeland of the Métis. The University of Alberta respects the sovereignty, lands, histories, languages, knowledge systems, and cultures of First Nations, Métis and Inuit nations.

Lister Conference Centre is located at 87 Avenue and 116 Street.
The following parking lots are in close proximity to the conference centre (fees and restrictions apply).
Lot M - This is a dedicated parking lot in front of Lister Centre (limited space available).
Varsity Surface Lot - Located across the street from Lister Centre.
Stadium Car Park - Parkade by SUB.
*NOTE: Daytime parking rates run from 6 a.m. to 6 a.m. the following day, except at the Jubilee Car Park, and Jubilee Surface Lots (due to performances). Jubilee Car Park and Jubilee Surface Lots day rates run from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The Health Sciences / Jubilee LRT Station is about a 5-minute walking distance.
The University / Hub Mall Transit Centre is about a 5-minute walking distance.
