This quarter is fairly straight forward. 

Of note, the hours at Pastry Corner will change to Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 10am to 1pm, with breakfast service on Thursdays. 

This means students' mise en place will have to be spot-on and production levels will have to be super streamlined.
