Traditionally we provide your children with a live demonstration of all the of instruments they can select from if they decide to join either the Orchestra or Band. We look forward to making music with your children.
Lessons will begin late September, 2025, Date TBA
Please obtain an instrument immediately after registering and receiving confirmation!
(There will be an email sent to parents with notification of when we will begin)

Step 1 Watch each of the instrument video clips under the Band and String Tabs to find out what instruments your child is interested in playing and review the FAQ's and Requirements of all Band and Orchestra Members.

Step 2 Complete the Instrument Choice Form: CLICK HERE to open the form in another window. (we ask that your child selects 3 choices so we can ensure we have balanced ensembles, Your child will definitely get one of their three choices, note: Percussion fills up fast, so try and make your decision as soon as possible ) The deadline for this form submission is September 15th, 2025.

Step 4 Please visit the tab "Rental Information" to read about and use either of our recommended rental companies. Both Elefante Music , Music and Arts, and The Music Shop have provided wonderful instruments and service to the Edison schools for many years. If you rent, your child's instrument will be delivered to the school.

BUYER BEWARE If you are considering using another vendor or purchasing an instrument please contact Mr. Zapata or Mrs. Biscocho beforehand so we maybe able to guide you in your rental/purchase.
