What is All-State Choir?

All-state is an amazing opportunity to sing with some of the best-qualified vocal students in New Jersey. Accepted students will perform choral music of the highest quality under the direction of a fantastic conductor.

Preparation

You will be required to learn a solo, a part in a quintet, 2 scales, and a chromatic scale. Below, you can find the links to resources that will help you prepare.

Log into or register for your account at https://studentfolder.info/login. Fill in ALL OF the information in the schools, emergency contacts, and voice parts categories. Once you are done, click on events and press register for the 2024-25 New Jersey All-State Chorus. If you completed schools, emergency contacts, and voice parts earlier, this is what you should see:

Print the audition information by maximizing it and clicking print. Hand in your application form and the $30 application check made out to EHSCPO to Mr. Lisner TBD DATE at the latest. Once you are registered, you should record three MP3 files. One of these should be for scales and must be recorded in the following order: low, high, and chromatic. They must be in this order or you will be disqualified. Then record your solo in a separate MP3 recording, and then record the quintet. Upload those recordings and submit them to the student folder in the category Audition Upload Recordings.
