The Dance Ensemble comprises dancers with more than three years of formal training and can pick up choreography quickly. Whether you specialize in ballet, jazz, hip-hop, or contemporary, we welcome dancers of all styles to showcase their talent. The dancers audition for a spot and rehearse after school for various performances. The ensemble has performed at senior centers, the Teen Arts Festival, New Jersey High School Dance Festival, Black History Month celebration, and our annual dance concert. The ensemble participates in field trips with the dance classes and has the chance to work with guest choreographers as well as choreography opportunities.
It is highly recommended to take the dance courses at EHS as well.
