About Me!
Hi! I'm Ms. Spellman and I am the classroom teacher for Room 18! This is my fifth year at Highlands and I can't think of any other school I would rather be! I was born in California, but grew up in Southern Wisconsin in small town all K-12! I ended up at the University of Minnesota for undergrad where I studied Elementary Education and Racial Justice in Urban Schooling. I also graduated from the U of M with my Master's in Spring 2021. I fell in love with the Twin Cities, and have been here every since. I currently live in Saint Paul with my boyfriend and two cats! For fun I love to listen to music, go on walks, thrift, bake, and hang out with my friends!
