Description: “Connecting Minnesota and Ukraine in a Time of War'' brings together young people, aged 14-19, in Minnesota and Ukraine. Participating youth in both countries will connect to learn about each other's cultures, explore the regional and global significance of war, and the impact of conflict on everyday life. The exchange will take place online, so participants can connect internationally without leaving their homes. Participants will interact with their peers through video posts on Flip and via Zoom meetings. This new virtual exchange is being developing in collaboration with America House, Global Minnesota, and teacher partners in Minnesota.

Open to: grades 9-12

Exchange Dates: March 17 - April 26 - a mix of synchronous and asynchronous sessions
