notOK App® is a free digital panic button to get you immediate support via text, phone call, or GPS location when you’re struggling to reach out.

The “notok" mobile app is available on the App Store and Google Play

The Your Life Your Voice website features “real advice for real situations” and a tips section with articles on topics such as managing stress, coping skills, relationships, self-esteem, how to talk to your parents, and more.

You may also be interested in My Life My Voice, an interactive mood mobile app that lets you track your thoughts, feelings and moods right on your mobile device. My Life My Voice is available from Apple’s App Store or Google Play.

SAMHSA’s new “Talk. They Hear You.” campaign mobile app helps parents and caregivers prepare for some of the most important conversations they may ever have with their kids. It shows them how to turn everyday situations into opportunities to talk with their children about alcohol and other drugs, and equips them with the necessary skills, confidence, and knowledge to start and continue these conversations as their kids get older. 

The “Talk. They Hear You.” campaign mobile app is available on the App Store, Google Play, and the Microsoft Store.

Respect Effect aims to help young people practice healthy relationship skills by completing daily challenges with their significant other (S.O.), friend or family. Users can share completed challenges on the Community Feed, earn points to get placed on the Leaderboard, and view other's challenges.

MindShift CBT is a free self-help anxiety relief app, that helps you reduce worry, stress, and panic by following evidence-based strategies. Using CBT tools, you can challenge negativity, learn more about anxiety, develop more effective ways of thinking, be mindful, and relax.

The “MindShift CBT" mobile app is available on the App Store and Google Play.

Happify aims to help users reduce stress, anxiety and negative thinking, and improve emotional well-being. Users create an account and answer a short questionnaire which helps the app suggest a “track” for the user. “Tracks” are groups of activities and games which help the user achieve their goals.
