Q: My audio isn't working. What do I do?
A: Check the volume settings. Make sure permissions are set to allow access to the microphone or headset.
Q: My devices performance slows down during Google Meet, how can I reduce slow down?
A: Close as many tabs as you can. Remove extensions you do not use. If you are the one running the meeting, open the resources you need prior to starting the meeting. Also check this website for Google Meet Known Issues
Q; My video isn't working. What do I do?
A: Check the camera settings. Make sure permissions are set to allow access to the camera.
Click on the three dots on top right in Chrome
Click on Settings/ Advanced on left side > Privacy and Security from the drop down menu > Site Setting in Privacy and Security > Camera in Site Setting
Make sure it says Front Camera users facing and make sure no sites are blocked.
If you are using a document camera, Click on the Front Camera users facing and make sure the iPevo camera is an option.
