Hello everyone! My name is Anne Widell, and I am very excited to be the Media Specialist for JET Middle School! This is my first year at JET but my seventh year with ECSD. In my varied career history I have been a transportation manager, veterinary technician and teacher. Please ask me about any of them if you are interested in learning more.

I am originally from Hampton Roads, VA. I also lived in northeastern North Carolina and now reside in Johnston with my family and hobby farm. I am currently studying for the University of South Carolina's Master of Library and Information and Science degree. My favorite hobbies are caring for animals, hiking, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
