Important Information

• The event is being held at the Southern Field Days site at Waimumu.

• Please be there one and a half hours before the event starts (11.30am) to get your site and be all set up, as you will need to be positioned and have power provided (if requested).  This takes some time.

• Please ensure that you maintain the full Health and Safety requirements for your enterprise.

• Power sites (PS) are $80.   Please bring a suitable length of extension cord to attach up the power cables that come down from the rafters.

• Non-powered sites (NPS) are $70.

• Payment is expected before the day to Edendale School Board of Trustees, 03-0962-0011632-006 referencing your name, Matariki and whether it is a PS or NPS.  You will receive communication from the school office in relation to this.
