One way to think about PL implementation (or any instructional strategy) is to consider where your school falls on this continuum.

We also encourage you to consider both breadth and depth of implementation.

It is important to think about what may be holding people back and what you can do to support.

It can be helpful to think about the Opening and Closing behaviors that you have put in place or could consider implementing and how that may help staff. As a leader, it is important to find the balance between actions that encourage risk taking, exploration, experimentation while also providing clarity of expectations. ‘Leading Personalized Learning’
