If you're having any issues with your Chromebook, make sure you read through the tips below. Your problem might have a simple solution, so read through our troubleshooting guide before seeking help!

Try holding down the Ctrl and Refresh buttons then press the Power button for 1 second. Let go and the Chromebook should turn on.

Ensure your keyboard is set to US.
Also check that the letters on the keyboard are working

When your WiFi keeps disconnecting and turning off, you will need to bring your Chromebook to S18 for a warranty repair
