Inclusive Education

I am a dedicated and passionate educator with a wealth of experience in fostering inclusive learning environments. With a strong commitment to promoting diversity and equity in our classrooms, I transitioned to the role of Inclusive Education Coordinator in 2022-2023 school year.  I have been teaching for 23 years and have had the opportunity to teach in Canada and overseas before joining Evergreen in 2012. During my career, I have taught grades K-12 teaching all subject areas and I am currently teaching options at STA along with my role in Inclusive Education.  

My role is to support students with Individual Program Plans, accommodations, and alternate programming.  I work with the support staff and classroom teachers to carry out programming for our diverse learning community.
