Spanish 10 is a beginner’s course to the Spanish language and culture. Spanish 10 is open to students who have completed Spanish 9, as well as to students who have not previously completed a course in Spanish.
In Spanish 10 you will learn how to ask and answer questions, how to conjugate regular and irregular verbs in the present tense, and how to communicate with Spanish Speakers. You will learn a variety of vocabulary including school supplies, classes, clothing, food, and family members.
Spanish 20 is an intermediate course and a continuation of Spanish 10. In this course, students will continue to develop the comprehension, vocabulary, grammar and communication skills needed to improve fluency in Spanish.
In Spanish 20 you will learn how to communicate in the past, future, and conditional tenses. You will learn a variety of vocabulary including travel, restaurant, shopping, and hobbies.
Spanish 30 is a continuation in the study of Spanish. In this course, students will continue to develop the comprehension, vocabulary, grammar and communication skills needed to improve. By the end of this course, students should have a solid base in grammar and culture to communicate with other Spanish speakers.
In Spanish 30 you will learn to give commands and use the subjunctive tense. You will learn a variety of vocabulary including medical, city life, careers, and holidays.
