Parents who have registered to use the FOCUS Grade Book Parent Portal can ► Click Here ◄ to access the login login page.
Below are the instructions to register for a FOCUS Parent Portal account. You can link your parent account to any/all of your children who are students in Escambia County public elementary, middle, and/or high schools. For parents with more than one child attending public schools in our county, this can mean only one login to access and view the information for all your children.
Registration Instructions for the FOCUS Parent Portal
Go to the Escambia County School District website at www.escambiaschools.org, and click the orange Families button near the top of the page. Scroll down to the letter F section, and select “Focus Parent Portal Registration.” (Or Click This Link!)
Choose from the two options on the next page:
- I DO NOT have an account registered but my child is actively enrolled.
- I have an account registered but would like to add a child.
Enter your name exactly as it appears on your driver’s license and Submit.
Enter your child’s information. Remember that you must have your child’s Social Security Number and six-digit student number to add them to your account. Once you enter their information, click “Add Student.”
On the following screen, you can add another student or complete your account registration. You may link all of your children who attend school in our district to your single parent account.
The final page will give you your username (your email) and your initial password. BE SURE to write this information down! Then, click the link under your password to log in to the Parent Portal for the first time.
Once logged in successfully, you may choose to use the “My Information” tab to change your password to something easier to remember than the randomly-generated password you were initially assigned.
Following your registration, you can access the Parent Portal login page any time from the Families tab of the district website, by clicking on “Focus Gradebook Parent Portal.”
