Create an environment that is inviting, respectful, supportive, inclusive, and flexible
Embrace diversity in the school community and in the world
Promote learning for all students
Improve parent/teacher relationships
Organize peer counseling programs
Refer students to psychologists and other mental health resources
Manage emotions and apply interpersonal skills
Advocate for students at student-focused meetings
Analyze data to identify student issues, needs, and challenges
Implement a comprehensive school counseling program.
