Job Role Summary 

Acting as the liaison to the group and being with them during the times that they are not on session, this includes: 

Being on duty during meal times, snack time and free time. 

Planning and delivering evening entertainment sessions.

Delivering camp welcome, health and safety brief and conducting site tour to groups on arrival.

Ensuring that fellow instructors are delivering activities on time and to assist in the rotation of groups.

Pre-requisites 

1st Aid qualification

Organised 

Enthusiasm and passion for working with young people 

Desirable 

Previous experience in a similar role such as Camp Councillor, Teaching Assistant, Children's Entertainer 

Driving licence 

Package 

AED 3,500-5000/month (depending on experience)

Work Visa

Food and accommodation.

Flight allowance of up to AED 2,200 per season

Essential benefits health insurance (once your visa is complete)

Yearly personal development allowance of up to AED 2,000 (for returning staff)

Training at the start of the season and ongoing development throughout the season
