On the school computer or laptop:
Start Aseba Studio application. (not Aseba Studio for Thymio)
Select Network(TCP) at the bottom right of the connection window
Type in the IP address of your rover (see chart below) in the Host field.
Type in Port number of your rover (see chart below) in the Port field.
Have a team member and a teacher double check your numbers!
Click Connect
Download all your programs from your Google Drive Team folder.
USE FILE>OPEN menu to open your programs in Aseba Studio!
Make sure Auto is unchecked(data refresh) in Aseba Studio
If you lose connection, wait... if it does not return after a minute, restart Aseba.
When in doubt, hit the Stop Thymio button
Uncheck Auto (data refresh) in Aseba Studio
Use the refresh button to get sensor values.
Watch the prox.ground.reflected sensor & the motor.target values to see what is going on real time (click on refresh)
Careful clicking Run or forward or turn more than once... patience....
If you lose connection, wait... if it does not return after a minute, restart Aseba.
Double check the sensor values for white, grey and black for your rover. You NEED to edit your programs with those values.
