Welcome.  I'm glad you're here.  I'm Resa Eckhart, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in central Iowa.  I do counseling/therapy with individual adults, couples, adolescents, and families.  I have experience working with depression, anxiety, relational issues, life cycle concerns, personality patterns and disorders, grief, and trauma.  I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to facilitating change, so I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment in which clients feel comfortable being themselves.
