Scientists At Sea

Eckerd's SAS Program provides a unique opportunity to understand the work that goes into professional research. Through this NSF-GeoPaths program, students plan and participate in a research cruise, followed by undertaking an independing research project in the fall. Our research would not have been possible without this grant and the NAS Collegium funding for our XRD lab.
