Accommodation

* We encourage the participants to make their own arrangements for accommodation (if they need it). 

* Those participants who would like to stay in IITR hostels may note that IITR hostel office would not accept your booking request directly. 

* Hence, you need to proceed as follows:

-- First register for the workshop. 

-- Then, send an email to Mr. Alok (ak_shukla@ece.iitr.ac.in) requesting for the room, along with the proof of registration. Please mention male/female, whether you are alone or your friends are also registering who can share the room with you, and the dates of stay.

-- We will consolidate these requests and send them to hostel office. Once they confirm, we will inform you about the hostel room booking confirmation.

-- You can make the payment at the time of checking-in. 

Note that the hostel rooms are very limited and although we can make our best efforts, we cannot guarantee to provide you hostel rooms. Hence, you are requested to register as soon as possible.
