About Eden

"Lord, as you nurtured the Garden of Eden (Genesis 2:8), so guide our hands and hearts in tending this space to be a place of beauty and reflection, where your love can flourish." 

The Eden Program is a community based project that provides garden space to members of the community. We have had great success and additional activities like bee keeping can be found in Eden, too. We are a group interested in learning more about gardening and helping those in our community do the same. Gardening can be very healing but some people shy away from it and never connect with the earth in this way. Hosted by Evergreen Community Church in Thickwood, Eden will be a place for gardening groups, seed swaps, learning about gardening and even cooking classes.
