•  Written program plan designed for the outreach program of the school. Clear participation of the different sectors of the college and target community

•  Impact study of the effectiveness of the outreach program

•  List of agencies within which the school/unit has established linkages.

•  Compilation of photos showing active participation of the college in the target community.
