The cross represents Christ. The flame is the symbol of the Holy Spirit and it also represents the heart-warming experience that a person experiences when he accepts Christ as Lord and Savior. Together, the cross and the flame is the emblem adopted by the United Methodist Church.
The Book represents both the Bible and the academic books as resources for a well-balanced learning in Christian and general education.
The Two Human Figures represent the children and the youth which the College serves.
The Rays from the cross signify the extension and outreach programs of the United Methodist Church which reaches out to children and people from the disadvantaged groups and communities.
The Lamp represents the learning that enlightens and guides the student while he is with the School.
The Fish that is superimposed above all drawings represent Jesus who reigns over and above all goals and plans of the Ecumenical Christian College.
