Welcome to the ECVS Virtual Wellness Room!

As we all understand, it’s important to maintain a strong focus on mental health, physical health and social-emotional well-being. Please know that your feelings are valid, no matter what they are. Some days you might feel happy and grateful! No worries. Life is good but sometimes something unexpected happens and you may feel sadness, disappointment, and/or anger. All your feelings matter. Always remember ECVS cares about you! We are here for you and are working through all of this together to better days ahead.

The ECVS Virtual Wellness Room is a space for ECVS students, staff, families, and caregivers to find tools, mindfulness strategies, and resources to help manage stress and practice healthy coping skills by integrating purposeful pauses throughout the day to calm the mind, the body and the heart.
